• Hotel pick-up between 6.15 AM and 6.45 AM depending on where there hotel is located.

• Alternatively, you can also meet for departure at the Sultan Hostel at 7.00 AM (directions will be provided)

• Please advise us of your pick up location upon booking

• Return time in Istanbul  is at 10.00 PM, however, will depend on traffic conditions

• This tour does not depart during 'Anzac Day' & 'August Offensive' weeks between 18 - 28 April & 5 - 9 August respectively 

Cancellation

• >30 days prior to travel, no cancellation fee

• 16 - 30 days prior to travel, 25% of travel product

• 0 - 15 days prior to travel, no refund 
   

• The operator reserves the right to cancel any confirmed booking in any circumstances, however, the operator will not cancel a Guaranteed Departure Product except in the unusual circumstances of force majeure, defined here as war, threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, flight cancellation or any other external circumstances beyond the control of the operator. Compensation is not available if the operator is forced to cancel or in any way change a tour due to force majeure but where the operator is unable to provide the tour booked, monies be will return to the traveler (less any insurance premiums paid) or an alternative date or holiday of comparable standard will be offered.

• After the booking has been confirmed proposed amendments must be written by Lead Traveler and will incur an administration fee of equivalent to GBP 30.00 except for the first change that will incur no fee or as otherwise agreed. No requested change can be guaranteed.

• If any number of the party is prevented from traveling because of death, injury or serious illness of the traveler, close relative or friend, redundancy or jury service, it may be possible to transfer the booking to another suitable person or departure date or tour of similar standard and cost provided that written notice is confirmed by TravelCart and the operator.

• If a refund is payable by the traveler, the refund amount will be calculated according to the conditions set out above and with consideration of evidence of exceptional circumstances. All bank fees incurred for processing/transferring the credited amount to the traveler will be the responsibility of the traveler.

• Important: For instructions on cancellation and cancellation please go to our Cancellation Page or email your Full Name, Booking Confirmation Number, Product Code, Product Name, and Date of Travel to support@travelcart.asia to request for cancellation.

Terms & Conditions

• It is the responsibility of the travelers to be in possession of a valid passport, visa permits, vaccinations, preventative medicines and other medical certificates and all necessary travel documents. Neither the operator nor TravelCart is held liable for damages arising from changes in regulations or laws to the necessary travel document requirements. Information about these matters is given in good faith by the operator but without liability.

• In the case of lost or stolen documents while the operator is more than happy to assist in any way possible we cannot held responsible for any additional costs and the traveler is not entitled to any reimbursement or compensation of paid travel expenses.

• Travelers that forsake their inbound airport transfer or who are on a tour that doesn’t include inbound airport transfer are fully responsible for transportation to and from the Tour Meeting Point (Departure Point).
