We will arrive Oberammergau at about 11.15 AM where you can do a quick shopping and photo stop in the charming village. 

Our next and final stop is the idyllic Neuschwanstein Castle, built on a rugged cliff agaist the scenic mountain backdrop of Bavaria and romaticisized by fairy-tale lovers around the world. Step into the fairytale castle and marvel its magnificent architecture and design. You are free to enjoy approximately 4 hours to explore the castle.

We depart from Neuschwanstein Castle at around 4.30 PM and will reach Munich at approximately 6.30 PM.

Wander through the scenic German countryside on your way to the legendary extravagance of the German castles Neuschwanstein and Linderhof. Known for their elaborate construction and world-famous architecture, these two extraordinary structures were dreamed up by Germany’s own Ludwig II, also known as the Swan King. You’ll soon find out why many believe Neuschwanstein inspired Disney’s storybook castles--get ready to feel like you’re living a real-life fairy tale. Hidden in the seclusion of the mountains, German King Ludwig II built two of his dream castles: Neuschwanstein and Linderhof. Both testify to the vision of Bavaria’s fairytale King.

We will depart form Munich at 8.30 AM upon which you will first visit Linderhof Castle, a French rococo-style castle inspired by Versailles itself and surrounded by immaculately manicured gardens. The Linderhof is the only palace that King Ludwig II lived to see completed, lying in the secluded Graswang valley. You will have the opportunity to stay and explore the castle with a guided tour for about an hour before continuing our journey to Oberammergau.
