The specific information is available on every product page at the "Cancellation" section. Your cancellation is not confirmed until you receive an email from us acknowleding the cancellation. Please ensure that you provide an active email address and a contact number.

However, please note that all requests are subject to the respective local operator's policies. In some cases, you may not be able to make any changes to your bookings.
Sometimes, it could also take a between a few days to a week for us and the local operator to confirm your changes. In this case, you are strongly advised to book weeks or months in advance, and any changes submitted to us should also be made ahead of time, at least 4 days before your tour date. Should you need to make emergency last-minute changes such as updating your hotel address for pick-up, please contact your local operator directly using the contact information provided in your voucher.
